Trade Control Compliance Policy Statement
山西稀有稀土金属钨业集团进出口有限公司（“公司”）承诺全面遵守《中华人民共和国出口管制法》，并致力于遵守适用的出口管制和联合国制裁（以下统称“贸易管制”）法律法规。公司已经投入并将持续投入资源以确保公司遵守适用的贸易管制规范。
Jiangxi Rare Earth & Rare Metals Tungsten Group Import & Export Co., Ltd. (“Company”) is committed to fully complying with the Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China,as well as applicable export control and United Nations sanctions (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Trade Control”) laws and regulations. The Company has invested and will continue to invest resources to ensure that the Company complies with applicable Trade Control regulations.
公司管理层将带头学习并遵守贸易管制相关法律法规与政策，同时要求所有员工遵守各项相关规定。在任何情况下，任何个人代表公司从事进出口业务，都不得违反适用的贸易管制法规。除非获得适当的授权或许可，员工不得出口、转出口、境内转让任何受管制的商品、技术或软件，亦不得与适用法律禁止交易的受制裁对象开展交易或合作。
The Company's management will take the lead in learning and abiding by laws, regulations and policies related to Trade Control, and requires all employees to comply with various relevant regulations. Under no circumstances may any individual engaged in import or export business on behalf of the Company violate applicable Trade Control regulations. Unless appropriate authorization or license is obtained, employees may not export, re-export, or transfer within the country any controlled goods, technology or software, nor may they trade or cooperate with sanctioned parties whose transactions are prohibited by applicable law.
违反贸易管制相关法律法规将给公司和有关员工个人带来重大损失和严重处罚。违规员工个人也将面临严重后果，包括纪律处分和/或解聘；触犯法律法规的，将被依法追究法律责任。
Violation of laws and regulations related to Trade Control will cause heavy losses and severe penalties to the Company and relevant individual employees. Individual employees who violate regulations will also face serious consequences, including disciplinary action and/or dismissal; those who violate laws and regulations will be held legally responsible.
公司同时致力于督促代表公司的任何人以及合作伙伴、供应商等第三方，按照适用的贸易管制法律从事交易。
The Company is also committed to urging anyone representing the Company, as well as third parties such as partners and suppliers, to engage in transactions in accordance with applicable Trade Control laws.
如任何人对本政策或本公司交易的合法性或潜在违规行为有任何疑问，可通过公司举报热线【联系人：黄艳，电话：0351-66279142， 邮箱：fksw@cniecjx.com.cn】进行反馈。任何对潜在违规的行为都可以匿名举报，任何员工在任何情况下都不会因善意举报真实的或疑似违规的行为而受到打击报复。

Any reports of potential violations may be made anonymously, and under no circumstances will any employee be subject to retaliation for reporting a real or suspected violation in good faith.
本政策声明将适时更新发布，声明内容将在公司培训中予以体现并将上传到公司或相关网站。
This policy statement will be updated and released in a timely manner and distributed throughout the Company. The content of the statement will be reflected in Company training and uploaded to the Company’s or related websites.
